2. Delivery

2.1 Shipping is carried out via Deutsche Post, DPD, DHL, UPS, Hermes, GLS, iloxx, or freight forwarder.

2.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, Europe (member states of the European Union).
The applicable shipping costs can be found under section 3.

2.3 For goods delivered by freight forwarder, delivery is made “curbside”, meaning to the nearest public curbside of the delivery address, unless otherwise agreed.

3.2 Self-collection

In the case of self-collection, the seller will first inform the buyer by email that the goods are ready for collection. After receiving this email, the buyer may collect the goods by arrangement with the seller. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

3.3 When paying in advance (bank transfer), the seller grants a 2% discount on the gross value of the goods of the respective order.

3.4 When paying cash on delivery, an additional cash-on-delivery fee of €10.00 is charged.
