General Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern contracts concluded via this online shop between Nature-Lounge 24 e.K., Zwickauer Str. 76, 08393 Meerane, Germany, and the respective purchaser.
§ 1 Scope, Definitions
1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to the business relationship between the online shop seller (hereinafter “Seller”) and the buyer (hereinafter “Customer”) in the version valid at the time of the order. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity.
2. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB). An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or legally capable partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 14 BGB).
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
Where reference is made to goods below, this also includes – where offered – digital products (digital content or digital services) and goods with digital elements.
1. The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to submit an offer by the customer. The customer can select products from the seller’s range and collect them in a shopping cart using the corresponding button. By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
Before submitting the order, the customer can review and change their data at any time. Input errors can be corrected using the browser’s “Back” button. Closing the browser cancels the order process. The offer can only be submitted if the customer has accepted these terms and conditions.
2. The confirmation of receipt of the order together with acceptance takes place immediately after submission by automated email. With this email confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded.
If the customer selects a payment method requiring immediate payment (e.g. PayPal, PayPal Plus, PayPal Express, Amazon Pay, Sofortüberweisung), the contract is concluded at the time the payment instruction is confirmed. If advance payment is selected, the contract is concluded when the customer receives the payment request with bank details.
3. The contract text and any warranty conditions are sent to the customer by email or at the latest upon delivery. The contract text is stored in compliance with data protection regulations. Additional Click & Collect Regulations
4. The customer may reserve products via the shopping cart. During the reservation process, the customer selects the pickup date and time window. The reservation does not constitute an obligation to purchase or pay. The reservation is only valid if these terms are accepted.
5. Confirmation of the reservation is sent by automated email. Reserved goods are generally held for pickup for 5 working days.
6. The customer collects the reserved goods at the agreed time and location. The purchase contract is concluded upon handover and payment. No right of withdrawal applies in this case.
§ 3 Custom-Made Goods
1. The customer provides all necessary content (e.g. images, texts, files) in the required format.
2. The customer grants the seller the necessary rights of use.
3. The customer guarantees that the provided content does not infringe third-party rights and indemnifies the seller against all related claims and costs.
§ 4 Delivery Period, Delivery, Digital Content
1. For advance payment, the delivery period begins the day after the payment order is issued; for other payment methods, the day after contract conclusion.
2. Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.
3. If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer bears the costs of the failed delivery unless they are not responsible.
§ 5 Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
§ 6 Prices and Shipping Costs
1. Prices include statutory VAT unless otherwise stated.
2. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
For consumers: the seller bears the shipping risk.
For businesses: risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
§ 7 Payment Methods
Available payment options are displayed during checkout (e.g. advance payment, credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Amazon Pay).
Payment is due immediately unless otherwise agreed.
In case of default, consumers pay interest of 5 percentage points above the base rate; businesses pay 9 percentage points.

Payment is made upon pickup on site.
§ 8 Warranty and Guarantees
Statutory warranty rights apply. For businesses, the warranty period for new goods is 12 months.
Any additional guarantees apply only if expressly stated.
§ 9 Liability
Claims for damages are excluded except in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations.
Product liability laws remain unaffected.
§ 10 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are provided in the withdrawal policy.
§ 11 Data Protection
Please refer to our separate privacy policy available on our website.
§ 12 Code of Conduct
The seller adheres to the Code of Conduct of “Geprüfter Webshop” available online.
§ 13 Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, war, government orders), the seller is not liable for delayed or failed performance. If delivery is not possible within six months, payments will be refunded.
§ 14 Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is the seller’s registered office. Contract language is German.
