Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Goods that can be returned by parcel post
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In the case of returns from non-EU countries, additional charges may apply (e.g. customs duties and taxes).
Goods that cannot be returned by parcel post
You bear the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be returned by parcel post (e.g. goods shipped by freight forwarding) and, where applicable, additional charges incurred for returns from non-EU countries (e.g. customs duties and taxes). The return costs are estimated at a maximum of 60 euros.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
